1. Service

Typary provides web-based cognitive assessment content, score interpretation, comparison insights, and training recommendations. The service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

2. No professional diagnosis

The service does not provide medical, psychological, educational-placement, employment, legal, or clinical advice. Results should not be used as the sole basis for important personal, educational, employment, or health decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal period, price, and currency are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another listed payment processor.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the billing portal or by contacting support at support@typary.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Because the service provides digital content and personalized reports, refund eligibility may depend on access status, timing, and applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, scrape protected content, interfere with the platform, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
