Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the billing portal or by contacting support@typary.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Refund requests
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless a different period is required by applicable law. We review requests based on payment status, access to digital reports, account usage, suspected abuse, and applicable consumer protection rules.
Digital content
Because the service provides immediate access to personalized digital content, full or partial refunds may be unavailable after a report has been accessed, downloaded, or used, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@typary.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
